CAN I IMPORT YOUR REPORTS INTO OUR MANAGEMENT/ACCOUNTING SOFTWARE?

You sure can! We’ve made our reports customizable and exportable. You can easily import them into your church management software.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET STARTED?

For U.S. orders, we can have you up and running in about 5 business days.

DOES THE MONEY GO INTO OUR BANK ACCOUNT? HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?

You provide us with your voided check and the entire donation gets deposited into there within 2 business days. Your processing fees come out at the end of the month.

IS YOUR PRODUCT SAFE AND SECURE?

It sure is! We never keep sensitive data on our secure servers. We use a PCI compliant Swiper, and the transactions are processed through PCI compliant payment processing gateway, following all Data Security Standards mandated by our Payment Card Industry.

HOW DO I INSTALL THE KIOSK?

WHICH PRINTER WORKS WITH YOUR KIOSK?

Currently the Zebra GK420D Ethernet works with our kiosk. Zebra sells a GK420D that is not an Ethernet printer… make sure you get the Ethernet one.

HOW DO I INSTALL THE PRINTER?

Zebra Printer Set up Instructions

  1. Plug the printer into the router/Ethernet outlet where it will sit.
  2. Hold down the button on top of the printer until it flashes once and let go.
  3. A list of information will print, find the IP Address listed on the first page under the heading Network Configuration [This will be a set of numbers similar to 010.100.000.001].
  4. Find a computer that uses the same router, open a web browser (i.e. Chrome, Firefox, etc), and enter the IP Address without the leading zeros in the address bar [Using the earlier example it would be 10.100.0.1].
  5. When the Zebra Printer page loads, click on “Print Server Settings” at the bottom of the page, then click on “Print Server” underneath Status and Configuration, and enter the Username “admin” and Password “1234″.
  6. Click on “TCP/IP Configuration” and change the IP Address you found earlier, you will want to add 30 to the last number to prevent other devices from potentially taking the address [Using the earlier example, change it to 10.100.0.31].
  7. You will want to make note of the new IP Address, this will be entered on the iPad. Turn the printer off and then back on in order to allow the settings to fully upload.
  8. Log into the Free Church Kiosk app, click on the Settings Gear at the top-right, and re-enter your login information.
  9. Click on the “Print Setting” button at the bottom-right.
  10. Enter the new IP Address from Step 6 in the box that appears and press OK.
  11. Press “Test Print” on the iPad, if everything is correctly configured the printer will print a label with the words “Test Print”.
WHY DOESN'T MY PRINTER LINE UP CORRECTLY WHEN PRINTING?

Follow these steps to Recalibrate the printer to work with the correct label size: (Make Sure your labels are 3″x2″)
  1. Press the button on the printer to eject one label.
  2. Press the button one more time, the printer should now eject two more labels slowly while measuring the size of the labels.
